Der Lichtbogen k\u00fchlt durch die ihn umgebende Luft ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vakuum-Leitungsschutzschalter (VCB): Bei dieser Art von Leistungsschalter wird ein Hochvakuum als Medium zur Lichtbogenl\u00f6schung verwendet. Ein Lichtbogen wird in einer Vakuumkammer gel\u00f6scht, in der das Fehlen von Partikeln eine schnelle Lichtbogenunterdr\u00fcckung erm\u00f6glicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lichtbogenabschreckung<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ACB: Verlassen sich auf Luftblasen oder magnetisches Blasen zur Verl\u00e4ngerung und K\u00fchlung des Lichtbogens. In der Regel ist es auch mit Metallkontakten und Lichtbogenkan\u00e4len ausgestattet, um den Lichtbogen zu f\u00fchren und die Lichtbogenenergie zu kontrollieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VCB: Wenn sich die Kontakte \u00f6ffnen, bildet sich ein kleiner Lichtbogen. Dieser Lichtbogen wird im Vakuum durch die Kondensation des Metalldampfes schnell gel\u00f6scht, was zum schnellen Erl\u00f6schen des Lichtbogens ohne zus\u00e4tzliche K\u00fchlmechanismen beitr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Anwendungen<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ACBs: Sie sind in der Regel f\u00fcr Niederspannungsanwendungen gedacht, in der Regel bis etwa 1 kV, und werden daher in Gewerbe- und Industriegeb\u00e4uden, Schalttafeln und anderen Niederspannungsanlagen eingesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VCB: Diese werden haupts\u00e4chlich bei mittleren Spannungen bis zu 36 kV oder h\u00f6her eingesetzt. Sie sind sehr gut geeignet f\u00fcr Umspannwerke, Industrieanlagen und kritische Systeme, die eine zuverl\u00e4ssige Lichtbogenunterbrechung erfordern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wartung<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ACB: Die Wartung muss h\u00e4ufiger durchgef\u00fchrt werden, da die Teile der Luft ausgesetzt sind, was zu Oxidation und Erosion der Kontakte f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VCCB: Die Lebensdauer ist l\u00e4nger, da das Vakuum im Inneren den Kontaktverschlei\u00df und die Verschmutzung reduziert.
