El arco se enfr\u00eda gracias al aire presente a su alrededor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disyuntor de vac\u00edo (VCB): En este tipo de disyuntor se utiliza un alto vac\u00edo como medio de extinci\u00f3n del arco. Un arco se extingue dentro de una c\u00e1mara de vac\u00edo donde la ausencia de part\u00edculas facilita la r\u00e1pida supresi\u00f3n del arco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9todo de enfriamiento por arco<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ACB: Depende del chorro de aire o del soplado magn\u00e9tico para el alargamiento y enfriamiento del arco. Normalmente, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 provisto de contactos met\u00e1licos y canaletas de arco para guiar el arco y controlar la energ\u00eda del arco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VCB: Cuando los contactos se abren, se forma un peque\u00f1o arco. Este arco, en el vac\u00edo, se extingue r\u00e1pidamente debido a la condensaci\u00f3n del vapor met\u00e1lico que ayuda a la r\u00e1pida extinci\u00f3n de un arco sin mecanismos auxiliares de refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aplicaciones<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Interruptores: Normalmente est\u00e1n pensados para aplicaciones de baja tensi\u00f3n, normalmente hasta 1 kV, por lo que se utilizan en edificios comerciales e industriales, cuadros el\u00e9ctricos y otros sistemas de baja tensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VCB: Se aplican principalmente a tensiones medias de hasta 36 kV o superiores. Es muy id\u00f3neo para subestaciones, plantas industriales y sistemas cr\u00edticos que exigen una interrupci\u00f3n de arco fiable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mantenimiento<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ACB: El mantenimiento debe realizarse con mayor frecuencia, ya que las piezas est\u00e1n expuestas al aire, lo que puede provocar la oxidaci\u00f3n y erosi\u00f3n de los contactos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VCCB: La vida \u00fatil es m\u00e1s larga, ya que el vac\u00edo interior reduce el desgaste de los contactos y la contaminaci\u00f3n.
