Torque Splice Tubes are specifically designed to handle connections between conductors and equipment. The unique shear bolt mechanism provides consistent and reliable stops. It is ultra-fast and ultra-efficient compared to conventional crimp hooks and ensures consistent predetermined shear torque and compression. Torque splice tubes are constructed of tin-plated aluminum alloy and feature internally grooved walls. Notable features include the ability to save labor and enhanced electrical and mechanical properties.
● High-strength special aluminum alloy with a copper and tin-plated surface treatment to enhance conductor applicability performance
● Torque bolts: CNC lathe machined for higher precision and easy installation with only a handful of hexagonal bolts.
Main body: special aluminum alloy material, forging process, surface tin plating treatment, plating layer> 7μm
Torque bolt: processed by CNC lathe, with higher precision
Intermediate baffle: The product is divided into oil blocking type and non-blocking type. Only the oil blocking type has a baffle.
Beading: starting from BSM-500/630, the connecting pipe does not have beading
▪ Wide application range: suitable for wires from 10mm² to 1000mm², and can be used with almost all types of wires and materials;
▪ Pre-construction design: perfectly fit for heavy-duty cable accessories up to 42KV;
▪ Reliable electrical connection performance: use the set torque screw to press the conductor into the inner bolt of the wiring tube;
▪ Easy installation: compact design, easy to install with standard socket wrench;
No special tools are required;
Only one socket wrench is required to complete the installation;
Including proving a tab;
The graded torque-double scissors head bolts are designed to ensure reliable and secure contact;
We recommend the use of a support tool (see accessories) to prevent bending of the conductor;
Each connector head or cable lug has a separate mounting instruction.
